Return Policy
Each Heady Bed upholstered headboard product is custom made for you.  As such, these are unique pieces of furniture and all sales are final.  We encourage you to order fabric swatches before placing your headboard order to ensure you are happy with your fabric selection.  You may cancel your order with 24 hours of placing it.  Please do so by using the contact form above and you will receive email notification that your cancellation has been processed.

All panels are inspected and photographed before being enclosed in a protective wrap and shipped.  If our products arrived damaged or defective please email us immediately at hello@headybed.com so we may correct the situation.  Heady Bed reserves the right to refuse refunds based on customer error.

Some important information to know regarding your return because of damage or defects:

• Customers must obtain advance authorization from Heady Bed via email in order to return defective merchandise. Please email us at hello@headybed.com within 10 days to outline the circumstances for your return. Heady Bed will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).
• Customers are responsible for packaging and shipping the returned defective product to Heady Bed.
• Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise and verification of the defect, Heady Bed will refund your purchase price. Panels must be returned as a complete set.
• Heady Bed does not accept CODs.

Product Information
Products displayed on the site can be delivered within the United States only. We have tried to accurately display the color, texture and scale of our products on the site. However, these may vary depending on your monitor and its settings. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be accurate.  If you would like to receive fabric samples before placing an order you have the ability to purchase those at a minimal cost. Heady Bed upholstered headboards will make every effort to ensure that your fabrics are skillfully applied and aligned on your panels however Heady Bed cannot guarantee specified pattern matches.  Printable previews of your Heady Bed fabrics/design do not constitute a guarantee of fabric color, scale or match.

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Heady Bed harmless from and against any claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your purchase of a Heady Bed or use of the site or your violation of any of these terms and conditions.
