To order the do-it-yourself uncovered Pro Kit, simply design your headboard with our “Design Tool”, click on “Select Fabrics”, wait for the fabrics to load and then proceed to order without applying fabrics to the headboard grid. You will see a price for the uncovered panels by scrolling to the bottom of the page.

Our website is secure but if you would prefer to place your order over the phone, email us using the contact form above with your phone number (including area code), and a recommended date/time that is best for you. Someone from the Heady Bed Team will reply via email, normally within 24 hours after receiving your email, and will make every effort to accommodate your specific request.

To order swatches, build a headboard with our “Design Tool” and then click on “Select Fabrics”.  After the fabrics are loaded you will need to add the fabrics swatches you want to the headboard grid. Click on the fabric of interest to you and then click on a blank panel in the headboard grid to add the fabric to that panel.  When you are done adding fabrics to the grid, click on “Order Swatches”.  You will be able to uncheck the fabric swatches you do not want.  Follow the rest of the instructions to checkout.  Fabric swatches cost $2.00 a piece.

We make every effort to create your custom product in a timely manner; however, in some instances our lead-times are affected by manufacturing delays, fabric inconsistencies, etc. Our goal is to deliver your product within 2 to 3 weeks but we allow up to 4 weeks from the receipt of your order. We will be sure to update you on delivery status.

Heady Bed headboards are shipped as individual panels in boxes that are easy to manage. You no longer need to worry how you will fit a large headboard up or down a stairway! The panels are enclosed in a protective wrap to avoid damage from the elements.

We use FedEx and/or UPS to ship our products whenever possible. Heady Bed offers free shipping within the continental U.S. When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail message from Heady Bed with your tracking number, so that you may track your packages online. FedEx/UPS will deliver to your door but depending on your location, they may or may not leave packages unattended. A signature is not required. Please note that the delivery service representative cannot assist you with unpacking or setup of your furniture.

We are sorry but at this time we are not set up to ship outside of the continental United States.   We have customers  from outside the U.S. who use parcel forwarding services.  There are many shipping services available that you can contract to forward packages from the U.S.  Just do a web search on “US package forwarding” to find the service that is the best fit for you.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.  Please cancel by using the contact form above and you will receive email notification that your cancellation has been processed.  Normally, the cancellation email will be sent within 24 hours after hearing from you during the business week.

We guarantee your satisfaction and want you to be thrilled with your purchase. Each Heady Bed product is custom made for you. As such, these are unique pieces of furniture and all sales are final. If our products arrived damaged or defective please use the contact form above or email us immediately at hello@headybed.com so we may correct the situation. Heady Bed reserves the right to refuse refunds based on customer error.

Our online Design Tool lets you determine your headboard height and shape. To see our prices, create a headboard by clicking on the “Design Tool” in the Menu or clicking on the “Get Started” button located at the bottom of the page. After you decide on your headboard size, click on “Select Fabrics”. The uncovered headboard price can be seen by scrolling to the bottom of the page. The price will change as you apply fabric(s) to your headboard grid.
