Return Policy
Heady Bed wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To that end, we will send you complimentary swatches of your chosen fabric after you place your order. If you are unhappy with your fabric selection, you may cancel up to five working days from the date your order was placed.
Heady Bed’s goal is to deliver your headboard within 2 weeks after you’ve confirmed your fabric selection but please allow up to 4 weeks for unforeseen delays.
Because of their custom nature, Heady Bed headboards cannot be returned unless received damaged or defective. Heady Bed has a strict quality control procedure. All panels are inspected and photographed before being enclosed in a protective wrap and shipped.
Some important information to know regarding your return because of damage or defects:
- Customers must obtain advance authorization from Heady Bed via email in order to return defective merchandise. Please email us at hello@headybed.com within 10 days to outline the circumstances for your return. Heady Bed will reply with a Return Mechandise Authorization number (RMA#).
- Customers are responsible for packaging and shipping the returned defective product to Heady Bed.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise and verification of the defect, Heady Bed will refund your purchase price. Panels must be returned as a complete set.
- Heady Bed does not accept CODs.
Product Information
Products displayed on the site can be delivered within the United States only. We have tried to accurately display the color, texture and scale of our products on the site. However, these may vary depending on your monitor and its settings. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be accurate. We will mail you fabric samples after your purchase and you will have 5 working days from the date of your purchase to cancel your order. If you would rather receive fabric samples before placing an order you have the ability to purchase those at a minimal cost. Heady Bed will make every effort to ensure that your fabrics are skillfully applied and aligned on your panels however Heady Bed cannot guarantee specified pattern matches. Printable previews of your Heady Bed fabrics/design do not constitute a guarantee of fabric color, scale or match.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Heady Bed harmless from and against any claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your purchase of a Heady Bed or use of the site or your violation of any of these terms and conditions.
