You may order extra fabric by emailing a request together with the fabric name, number and desired quantity using the form in the Contact Us menu link. You will receive a return email quoting the cost for fabric and providing instructions on how to proceed. |

Can Heady Bed help me recover panel(s) that I purchased previously? |

Yes, we can reupholster panels with Heady Bed purchased fabric. Please contact Heady Bed using the Contact Us menu link and provide the number and size of panels to be recovered, along with the fabric name and number. You will receive an email advising you of the charges involved and instructions on how to proceed. |

You only show a maximum of 5 rows in your examples. Can I order more? |

Yes, the options for Heady Bed panel configurations are limitless. Contact Heady Bed using the form on the Contact Us menu link for your special order. Normally, you will receive an email reply within 24 hours during the business week. |

How do I match colors online? |

We realize it is difficult to pick out fabrics online. After your order is received we automatically send you samples of your chosen fabric. You have 5 working days to cancel your order if you are unhappy with your fabric choices. Otherwise, if you would like to look at fabrics before ordering, you have an option to order swatches at a minimal cost, just configure your bed, add the fabrics and click on the ORDER SWATCHES button. |

What if I want to cover the panels with my own material? |

You may cover your panels with your own material. My Fabrics is the final step of the Create Your Own process. On this page, you can proceed directly to checkout (remember not to apply fabric to the panel grids) to purchase uncovered panels, foam and hardware. This is known as our Pro Kit. |

Is it possible to order more than one headboard at a time? |

At the moment, the Heady Bed website allows you to order one headboard at a time. We are working to improve this and soon expect that you will be able to easily double or triple your order. In the meantime, once you have paid for your headboard you can return to the Fabrics page and "proceed to checkout" to purchase a second identical headboard. Otherwise, once logged in, a returning customer can retrieve their last Heady Bed design by clicking Account Login (on the menu bar) and then choosing your Shopping Cart. |

How are Heady Beds hung? Are they stable? |

Heady Beds are hung on the wall using angled wall cleats secured by special screws that work well in drywall, plaster, wood and brick. The joined panels will mate into the angled wall cleats producing a headboard that is completely flush to the wall. |

Are Heady Bed panels easy to clean and maintain? |
| A. |
Like any other upholstered furniture in your home, Heady Bed panels will benefit from routine housecleaning maintenance. Faux leathers can be wiped with a clean damp cloth. Fiber fabrics will benefit from light vacuuming (clean soft bristle brush attachment) from time to time to prevent dust accumulation. Always use a clean dry cloth to blot up liquid spills before attempting to address a stain. Many of the microfiber and poly blend fabrics can be wiped with a slightly damp white cloth, but test a swatch or inconspicuous area first. Since, the entire headboard can be dismantled, it is always possible to remove a panel and take it to your local dry cleaner if necessary. Avoid exposure to intense light which could fade and begin to disintegrate fabric fibers. |

How soon can I expect my Heady Bed? |

We make every effort to create your custom product in a timely manner; however, in some instances our lead-times are affected by manufacturing delays, fabric inconsistencies, etc. Our goal is to deliver your product within 2 weeks but we allow for up to 4 weeks from the receipt of your order. We will be sure to update you on delivery status. Sorry, but we are not set up to ship outside the continental United States. If you reside in Canada you can request a special order/delivery by contacting us using our Contact Us form. Please note that all items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together. |
