Share your Heady Bed Story
We know you've got some great ideas out there and we want to hear them. So, here's your chance to toot your own horn and share some of your Heady Bed successes! Simply email your Heady Bed story along with photos of your designs to hello@headybed.com.
Delivery
We make every effort to create your custom product in a timely manner; however, in some instances our lead-times are affected by manufacturing delays, fabric inconsistencies, etc. Our goal is to deliver your product within 2 weeks but we allow for up to 4 weeks from the receipt of your order. We will be sure to update you on delivery status. Sorry, but we are not set up to ship outside the continental United States. If you reside in Canada you can request a special order/delivery by contacting us via email at hello@headybed.com. Please note that all items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Shipping
We use FedEx and/or UPS to ship our products whenever possible. From time to time, Heady Bed offers free shipping. Otherwise, shipping costs are calculated at the end of checkout and are dependent on destination. When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail message from Heady Bed with your tracking number, so that you may track your packages online. FedEx/UPS will deliver to your door but depending on your location, they may or may not leave packages unattended. A signature is not required. Please note that the delivery service representative cannot assist you with unpacking or setup of your furniture.

Canceling an Order
You may cancel your order within 5 working days of placing it. Please do so by emailing us at hello@headybed.com and you will receive email notification that your cancellation has been processed. Normally, the cancellation email will be sent within 24 hours after hearing from you during the business week.
Ordering by Phone
Our website is secure but if you would prefer to place your order over the phone, email us at hello@headybed.com with your phone number (including area code), and a recommended date/time that is best for you. Someone from the Heady Bed Team will reply via email, normally within 24 hours after receiving your email, and will make every effort to accommodate your specific request.
Returns
We guarantee your satisfaction and want you to be thrilled with your purchase. Each Heady Bed product is custom-made for you. As such, these are unique pieces of furniture and all sales are final. If our products arrived damaged or defective please email us immediately at hello@headybed.com so we may correct the situation. Heady Bed reserves the right to refuse refunds based on customer error.
Fabric Consistency and Continuity
Some of our fabrics may have stubs or other textural qualities that are part of the makeup of the fibers used to produce the fabric. There may be slight color variations in our fabrics due to dye lot. We strive to maintain fabric continuity and Heady Bed will contact you directly in advance to discuss any possible substitutions that may be recommended. |
